January, 2008: The
New Website design and rewrite process has begun.
There
will be all new
structure and functionally
to be
incorporated in the new design.
Be certain to voice your opinions, needs and ideas during the re-write process. Just use the contact info on the suggestions and contact pages to let your voice be heard. Your Patience is appreciated as we roll out these changes. October, 2007: New server
functionality added to aid in uploading images. The extremely
popular Web Browser FireFox,
from the Mozilla organization, has allowed us to improve the experience
of our clients. Now for the first time users can access their own
password protected folder on our server from the FireFox Browser. This
means that uploading images can be done with a few clicks right from
the web browser itself. Nothing could be faster, easier, or more
convenient. And best of all this exciting upgrade is absolutely FREE!
See the FireFox instructions on the (click here) Send-In
page, for more information.
July, 2007: Upgrades to Package Printing software make Schools and events faster and easier for our clients and our production staff. With the introduction of the newest features in the new Package printing software RIPs, the clients can send a single image and order multiple sizes and multiple quantities. Fro example; for all images that require an 8x10, 2-5x7's, and 8-wallets, send an 8x10 image in the Folder named Package "A". The software RIP will then resize, rotate, and nest, prints to produce the final package. This is done all on the fly, as the images are printed, without the need to save any temporary images to the hard dis. This saves Photographers time when sending in the images, and when editing post shoot production. There is no charge for this additional service. |
